Jackson's TWO!

Well...almost! Here are some of my favorites from his recent session!

I loved so many of the ones with dad, but don't be fooled. This kiddo loved his mama! And didn't want to let her go at the beginning of the session.

But slowly he warmed up to me and gave me the good stuff!

Thanks, Nicole and Jamie, for a fun downtown-on-the-Wylie-square session!

Daugherty Family

This mama is usually behind the lens, so it was a treat to get to take pictures of her with her family!

Aren't they just a beautiful family?

Flowery Field

There was (it's now been mowed) a flowery field behind our church that had been tempting me for weeks to come and take some pictures there of the girls. Well when my photog friend, Rachael, called to go shoot, I jumped at the chance. We loaded up chairs, girls, dresses, cameras and headed out in the early evening. It was hot, there had been been no nap. Just sayin'...

I also just happen to have gotten some new color actions that I was wanting to play around with.

Addison's picture I really liked it just the way it came out!

I have my eye on another little field of flowery goodness. So if you like the look, we can head over there for an early evening session. I might load up the girls (post nap) and try it out soon!

Toddler time at the arboretum!

I met Jackson and his folks at the arboretum for some spring pictures! It was a little humid and we quickly found out, lil Jack didn't like the heat. But once we found some shade, he was in the mood for a little of this...

and this...
and this...

and this.... (my hands down favorite!)

Thanks Nicole, Jaime, and Jackson!

Anna and Lysa

My sister's friend, Dagmar knits. So she knitted me some CUTE baby accessories. Remember all the bluebonnets this year? Yeah, me neither! But Dagmar found a small little patch out in McKinney. So we met out her way and got her beautiful girls in the wildflowers. Thanks, Dagmar for everything!

Spring Card

Isi and Oli wished their family and friends a 'happy spring' via mail with this cute card!

Front:

Back:

Their big sister, Miranda will be a senior next year and she's going to be one of my senior reps. If you know anyone who will be a senior next year (2010-2011) and they haven't taken senior pictures and would like to earn print credits by being a senior rep, tell them to contact me!! Basically anyone they refer for senior pictures, they both will receive print credits!!

Peek-a-boo Fun...

...at the arboretum. These two were funny! I enjoyed my time with them last week! Working on a spring card, so I don't want to show too much, but peek-a-boo at their age always makes the cutest pictures!! Thanks, Jen!

Singing in the Snow!

Here's a couple of my two playing in the snow today. Who would have thought!!! NOT me!! But I'm glad it did, because last time I was too busy playing in it to take any nice shots of my family.

Love these two crazy kiddos!

Arboretum with Friends: Part 1

Since we've been having such great fall weather (in between some rain) and because my membership to the arboretum was going to expire at the end of this month, and mama needed her money's worth, we planned some trips to the arboretum. And because everyone couldn't go on the same day, we planned two parts to the fall fun at the arboretum. Again, I'm all about getting my money's worth!
Part one was with Elliana and her mama, Robyn on Monday.
(I was totally going to pick one favorite. But I couldn't - with that sweet smile, and those incredibly thick, dark eyelashes, and that sunkissed face with those beautiful eyes.... I had to share.)

Part two was today and there were lots of cuties!! So please, as always, stay tuned!

Sweet Lil Rockstars!

These two future rockstars had a bit of a sweet tooth! :) A mere 13 months apart, as you can imagine, mom has her hands full and she handles it like a super hero! It was a pleasure to get to play with this fun, hip family!

Presley's BFF

This is Allie and her brother, Jacob. Their mama, Jennifer, I met through some mutal friends and it's like we've been friends forever. Many, many things in common, particularly photography. And Allie and Presley play very well together! The most recent playdate, we pulled up to Allie's house and Presley said, "no hitting". And almost simultaneously according to Jennifer, Allie said before we arrived, "I'm gonna share my toys." And so the girls were in the zone and played SOOO well together! Jen, here's your sneak peak!
